Brokers' Customer Support: What Makes a Great Service?[/TITLE]
I've had mixed experiences with brokers' customer support. Some are helpful, while others are slow to respond. What makes a great customer service in your opinion?

I think a great customer service should be responsive and knowledgeable about the products they offer
. It's frustrating when you have to wait for hours or even days to get a simple question answered. Propred, what's your take on this, have you had any good or bad experiences with brokers' customer support? 
I gotta say, customer support is a total game changer when it comes to brokers
. I've had my fair share of experiences with BetInAsia, AsianConnect, and MadMarket, and let me tell you, some are definitely better than others. For me, a great customer service is all about responsiveness and knowledge - if they can't answer my questions quickly and accurately, I'm outta there :!. I mean, who wants to wait around for hours for a response, right?
. So, yeah, brokers should definitely prioritize their customer support if they wanna keep their clients happy
