I think a great customer service is all about being responsive and knowledgeable they should be able to answer our queries quickly and accurately, without keeping us waiting for hours or even days. It's also important for them to be friendly and helpful, not just reading from a script.
I've had some good and bad experiences with brokers too . For me, a great customer service is one that's available 24/7 and can resolve issues quickly, like BetInAsia's live chat support. What do you guys think about AsianConnect's support, is it any good?
